I cant comment on that EXACT product, but I do have the 400W MH/HPS light & ballast, as well as the timer. I've also bought a fan from them as well. HTGSupply is a great retailer with low prices. The whole system together costs a bit (any pre-assembled setup will be) but all in all unless you feel like getting really dirty and doing it yourself, it looks like a real good buy to me. Only thing I dont see is anything mentioned about odor control, I'd look into that if you're trying to stay low-key. Budding MJ plants smell like a trunk full of dead skunks.
High Tech Garden Supply From their website. Personally the only thing I'd trust with my life is a good carbon filter, but for a smaller grow you might be able to get away with an ozone air ionizer or w/e. Depends on the smell strength of your crop's genetics.
