Come-Down Workout?

  1. I go to the gym 6-7 days a week. Everyday day before the gym, I'll smoke a bowl, ride to the gym with the partner, and by the time the workout hits, I'm coming down nicely to ride the workout...out.

    Anybody else?

  2. When I get high and workout I like to pretend I'm a fitness instructor teaching a class . helps me remember to keep form and also convinces me to go as hard as possible to show these imaginary people how its done.
