he's just pandering and trying to repair his image. It's a pretty easy thing to hide behind. "I agree the marijuana laws need to change but my hands are tied". I gaurentee you when push comes to shove he'll be trying to keep the status quo. The fact is this guy will still support his gestapo tactics during drug raids even it is just for a small amount of marijuana. Nice try buddy but how about putting your words into action instead of hiding comfortably behind the law.
