Colour Of Properly Decarbed Weed?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Sacerdotal, May 25, 2013.

  1. I want to  make an edible and I am using the decarbing method described by BadKittySmiles, where she puts the weed in a cooking bag and the bag is in a pot with boiling water so the weed stays dry and is decarbed cause of the high temp.
What should the weed look like? it looks perfectly fine and intact - just the way it looked before decarbing. Shouldn't it be kinda brownish at least - as if it has been vaped? I am intending on making a 0.5g of cannabutter and put it in capsules and then swallow them. My metabolism is too fast and I have failed to get high in the 5-6 attempts I ate an edible so that is why I am using capsules this time. Will 0.5 be enough for me to feel the high?
