Well, I'm a freshman in college...college is literally how asher described it. I've been high every day(except today) and I've been to plenty of parties....I love college.

Ah shit im a science major, But from my experience frat parties are filled with douchebags. The only legit parties i have been to are straight up house parties and apartment parties. Apartments always get busted though. But i prefer to chill, drink beer and smoke with a few close friends where we can have intelligent conversations that consist of more than" HEY THIS IS A PRETTY SWEET PARTY, YA LETS DRINK MORE FIVE-O THEN THROW UP". IDk guess i'm not a much partier though=P
There are too many parties in my apartment complex. My walls are getting the paint scratched off them because of peoples jeans. Theres parties either on my floor or the floor below us, or th epeople next door to them , literally every night from Thurs-Sat. I need to sleep though, fuck the home theatre system they have downstairs that makes their shitty lil wayne come through the ceiling... Parties are fun to go to, tiring to live in.

This ^^^ College just postpones adulthood. I have great memories from college but if I could do it all over again, I might not have gone. I think I would be more financially stable. Also, don't go to college if you have to take out student loans. Modern version of serfdom. You can't write off student loans in bankruptcy and they will put their hand in ALL your paychecks until they are paid back.
^^This was a pretty weak ass response...some people just love to hate on families who actually have the money to get put through college and not have to take out student loans.. I would agree with this..alot of it can depend on what college you go to and the enviorment you staying in..College has hands down been one of the best experiences in my entire life and I wouldn't have changed a fucking thing about my time their.. My Opinion: Obvioulsy its not all about partying and shit..Its about meeting people, actually learning some shit since your paying for it, and just growing the fuck up in general (not saying everyone needs it but that shit does help in my opinion)...and atleast when its all said and done I'll have masters in one more year..good luck to the fuckers applying for the job I want and not having one...By no means does having a degree mean your a shoe in or anything but depending on what job your going after you better have some gangster fucking credentials if you don't have a college degree.

You are obviously under 25. Your masters degree might make it harder for you to get hired because they can pay someone with just a degree less. I'd take someone with 5 years work experience over a Harvard grad ANY DAY. You will soon learn having a degree doesn't entitle you to employment.
You will soon get sick of frat parties. It's the same thing over and over and over again. My suggestion to you is actually do your work and be responsible in choosing your priorities. My college GPA got so fucked from my freshman year....tripping on (unmentionable) instead of going to class is definitely not a good idea. I almost got addicted to it too until I forced myself to chill with drugs.
Well, most people have to earn their college experience. Why should I respect those who get that handed to them? I have no reason to believe they deserve it more than those who can't afford the education.
