We got a local sandwich shop by our campus (but not run by the university) that does 15% off to students, there is a Persian grocery store that offers 50% off all hookah buys to students, but basically a lot of the places around campus are local businesses (sometimes qdoba around here or noodles and company or dominos runs specials for students as well though).
 
But as far as best buy goes does that work for any best buy anywhere? Also how much of a discount?

 

Subway offers a $5 combo on a 6inch for students, idk in your area doe

 

Some stripper will give you $5 off on a lap dance if you show your college id...true story.

 

the bookstore. some stores at the mall have been having a 10-15% discount off via back to school deals.

You can get free Amazon Prime as a student which makes everything on there a bit cheaper. GC should offer a discount on the Gold membership with a student discount ​
