Coconut oil

  1. Love coconut oil for frying, smoothies, facial care and sometimes I eat it straight out of the can. Make sure it's extra virgin though.

     
  2. Yeah, Although coconut is very much healthy. It has benefits like Improves Digestion, Improves Heart Health and also hair strong, Prevent Obesity, and boost up energy etc., So oil too has lot of its health benefits it can be used as face moisturiser too. It control dryness on face, lips and skins its better to apply during this winter season instead going to chemical branded products.
     
  3. I use coconut oil for my hair, my skin, giving massages, and making taco shells.
    I love the smell and taste of coconut. Feel bad for people who are allergic :(
