  1. Hey guys im organising a run to waste top drip system using coco,
just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to run a drain system?
see i have a pot with drainage holes that goes into another pot that catches the waste.
how can i get the waste outside or to a drain?
do i need another water pump in this matter?
design ideas with pics would be great ?
    thanks !

  2. heres an idea i had some input would be great.
let gravity do its thing? by elavating and letting a drain pipe down?

  3. I drain to waste but I use tubs and use a wet/dry vac to get the waste water out.

  4. I either let it evaporate or manually carry it out. I did once prop a pot up on some small rocks and used a dish tray from walmart with a drain tube connected to it running to a bucket. It was kind of a pain in the ass though.

I prefer taking em out and dumping the catch pan or elevating the pots and letting the run off evaporate naturally.

  5. If you have enough vertical space you can get a big tray and support it with 4 buckets, 1 at each corner, and drill holes in each corner so the water will drain from the tray into the buckets. This is what I would do but my tent isnt tall enough unless I did really short buckets. So I think what Im going to do is figure out how long to let the timer on for to give me just barely any runoff so I can just keep the pots in their individual trays.
