The more i try and learn the more confused i am getting. Different methods to make the oil. But from what i am reading the co2 method is for vaping and smoking. The rso method (using 96 percent food grade ethanol instead of any other solvent) for cancers, anxiety and other issues by ingestion or oil put into capsules.
