CO Residency

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by Krait1, Mar 18, 2010.

  1. I live in CT but I have a house in CO as well. Would I qualify for MMJ? I am currently on prozac for anxiety and depression. Do you have to be a full time resident to qualify? I obviously wouldn't be able to bring it back to CT but while Im there could I use it?

  2. im sure you can qualify for it in colorado but i dont think you could bring it back to ct because your medical license is for colorado not for ct

  3. and im positive you can use it in colorado :) getting medicated is the way to go

Yeah, what the two people above me said regarding the anxiety and depression.

You need to live and work here for at least 1 year to become a resident, and yeah, you have to be a full time resident to keep it.

  7. Ok thanks for the info

  8. To prove CO residency for mediical MMJ you need..

At least 1 of the following:
    Colorado Drivers Liscense
    Colorado ID
    Temp Colorado Driver Liscense
    Temp Colorado ID

Or at least 2 of the following:
    Colorado Driver Liscense--Expired
    Colorado ID--Expired
    Out of State Driver's Liscense
    Out of State ID
    Passport
    US Military ID
    Tribal ID
    Work Identification/paycheck stub/W2
    Voter Registration Card
Phone Bill, Electric Bill, etc addressed to the patient at their mailing address

Looking at this list it appears you would be fine with whatever drivers liscense of ID you have plus documentation of of a bill at you CO address, hope this helps and all goes well :)

BTW this info was obtained at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environments website, so it's legit.
