Thats not true. You can get a possession charge without ever getting caught with it on your person, possession is any drug in your control not necessarily on you. But to answer your question, CVS doesnt care
From what I understand, the employee looks at the pictures as they develop but they're not gonna look at every single picture with detail. My friends have tons of pictures with stuff from 1 hour photo places.
