Clutch bleed

  1. Bled my clutch today and every gear is fine except reverse, grinds every time. What's the best way to get the air bubble out?

  2. Did you bleed it ol' school or with a kit? Sometimes it's impossible to evacuate every last bubble without a pressure bleeder. If there isnt a clear cut pathway an air pocket can get trapped pretty well if it has to travel down over or around something.

From time to time reverse would get hung in a Toyota truck I used to have, it took a bit of finagling to engage reverse. Why was a mystery to me, it had plenty of clutch though.

  3. It might be your throw out bearing never really heard of a grinding problem from having air in the lines that's more of a pedal losing pressure suddenly problem
