I was actually trying to top it and it worked Next is trying to fim which Telien has done and can show me. I attached an update on my topped plants. Its only been a two days (see above pictures 3-26-06) and look at the growth using CFLs (3x 42watt 1x 45watt CFLs). 400 Watt HPS will be installed this week!
Plants are becomming quite bushy. I will have to find a scrog net soon but im broke atm. HPS in the mail still waiting on delivery. Only thing thats pissing me off is I have no idea which are male or female. So in the end I might end up with all the runts :-(
nice looking plants! hopefully mine will look like that in a few weeks. just wondering if you knew whether topping or fim is better for scrog type grows?(what exactly is the difference) I am just starting mine and didnt originaly plan on doing any king of trimming, but after reading some other scrog posts it seems like the thing to do. just wondering if you knew which method is best for this type of grow.
