scrape these cfls for now position the plants under 1x led rack at about 2-4 inches above hold hand in position see smoke coming from hand raise the light a small pc type fan works wonders use the big fan later as a does a small well positioned temp/Rh gauge popular saying for those who grow weed and want to smoke it is... electricity above the waist...water below the waist good luck ps avoid pooling water in the foil plates it creates root rot
its very bright i will tell u that, is there such a thing as in to much light? im trying to give them what the sun gives them. The only problem i have had was cooling. I had to buy a portable AC for the closet cause it was getting too hot.
does that closet have fresh air coming in? do you have any cal-mag? very few nutrient lines have enough calcium or magnesium for cannabis plants.! if your worried about efficiency, you can just use the 2 CFL's for now and fire up the LED's when you flip to 12/12. and FF is good chit, but it is expensive chit too.!! the Botanicare trio is cheaper and may be better then Fox Farm.!
Yes fresh air in in and out. No cal-mag. I have been using half of recommended fox farm fertilizer once a week. I have been using just the 2 mars hydro 600w for now prob till i go to 12 12 since there 2700k spectrum . This is about a week after a FIM attempt. Plants are about 1 month old.
