jesus christ, for a single bedroom over here its 800 a month at least just for rent....

 

I rent a house in the middle of nowhere for 625 a month. everything I need, plus a good amount of land

 

3 bedroom 3 bath. I pay 459 for one of those rooms and bathrooms.

 

what's the point of getting an apartment? you're just throwing money away. the way i see it is that it's a lot more efficient to save up a lot of money while youre still living with your parents and then move into an actual house

 

I pay $1300 for rent, not counting utilities.
