Hey guys, so i started some jack herer clones today. This is my first time using clonex cloning gel and I am not impressed at all. I did half of my clones with aloe vera, the other half with clonex cloning gel and I was going to see which rooted first and which rooted stronger. I just went to check on my clones and all of the clones i dipped in the clonex gel are sagging down and droopy as fuck mean while my clones i dipped in aloe and still nice and healthy looking, standing straight up. Has anyone had similar issues with clonex cloning gel? Did I do something wrong perhaps?
I did presoak all clones in a water and aloe solution, maybe the aloe and cloning gel are not compatible?
I clipped 6 clones off a mother plant and put them straight into coco coir. They rooted within 10 days.
hm... I use clones gel on my clones and have 100% success. I also use a cloning machine... maybe the gel is redundant.
