Cloning during flowering.

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by Pawtucket, Dec 4, 2009.

  1. I hear re-vegging a plant allows for a ton of new sprouts or whatever . So I was wondering about cutting clones in the first 2 weeks of flowering and going at it like that . Why you would think it's a bad or good idea would be appreciated in any reply .

  2. have done it.clones seem to take longer to root and new growth seems slower.you do get more bud sites though.i only do it if i have no place to keep a mother.once plant starts new growth its all good,it just seems to take alot longer to get to that stage.

  3. Anyone else with comments?

  4. I think that technique is call monster cropping, right? There is a blurb about that here. I gotta say that sounds pretty interesting. Sort of a perpetual harvest without the hassle of keeping a mother.

  5. I have had to take a few clones during flowering and as people have already said they do take longer to root and revert to veg but they really take off once all thats out of the way.
