I'm no expert....since my plants are only lil babies... i think like 2 weeks into flowering max, because you'll have to re-veg and that causes alot of stress? dunno
the day u start budding and s12fever is right stress if u take them when it is in bubbing. idid it before 1 time when mine where budding about two weeks into it i got a not so bad crop outa it about 15 clones it was a great smoke
Its up 2 u the female plant has a shelf life of about 5 years .so u can use it as a mother plant for clones
