Hey guys, my clone has been in soil for aboout 8 days and the leaves started turning yellow so I dug it up to see if the roots were sprouting and I broke the taproot off...Do you think it will grow another root? or is it gonna die? any help would be appreciated.
HIGH All, well that's one thing you should never do...never do it to a seed either. Waiting is part of the game. It is normal for the leaves to turn yellow..best way to tell is to watch for new growth on the top of the plant. Hope it tuns around for you.
I second that unoit..lol. Roots are nothing to play with no matter what. Another way to check and see if roots are forming is to take off the humidity dome. If the plant wilts, it has not developed a large enough root system to support itself. They rely alot on absorbing moisture thru the leaves while they wait for roots to form. As they do, you will see the new growth. Patients is a hard thing to learn as we grow....lol. tc gm714
