I'm growing in ffof soil. I've heard that when you start with clones sometimes, its to hot nutrient wise, or they(Clones) don't have as high of an success rate as in other mediums. So, with that said what would be best for someone in my position? I have heard that clones can also be quicker, which hasn't been my experience thus far. Anyone out there can broaden my horizon on this topic. It would be greatly appreciated?
Its the other way around. FFOF is too hot for seedlings not for clones. Clones need their nutrients as soon as they grow their roots. Clones give you that head start, you aren't waiting on a seed to pop and then wait for it to make it past seedling stage and into veg. FFOF is awesome, just flush it a little if you are growing from seed.
