If theyre rooted, get them out of the dome, up pot them, give them more light, and start feeding them. Also watch for overwatering. OW can sometimes mimmick low fertilizer. If your container stays wet more than 3 days, its to much water. With the curled down leaves they may be overwatered, which can also look like overfert. Whats PH???
