Clones are looking weird

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by sfvog, Sep 19, 2009.

  1. Please check out these photos and let me know what is wrong. 80W lighting, Roots Organic soil, 80 degree Fahrenheit conditions. Feeding only pH 6.5 water. Just took these clones 3 days ago and the newest growth looks like its shriveling up. some are good and some need help. any ideas?

  2. looks like it could b light burn. how close is the light to the clones? clones dont need alot of light during rooting cause they arent using photsynthesis as much. hopefully this helps. good luck

I appreciate it Cannabislover. I misspoke in my first post, the clones showed roots through the rockwool cubes 3 days ago and have been in soil for 3 days.

The 80W of lighting is two 20W fluorescent tubes and two 20W CFL's. And the clones are about 12-16 inches from the light.

  4. might be a sign that they want some feeding. You say they've had just straight water? Try a weak feeding of a N high nutrient with micro nutrients included.

The light is prob notthe issue if its tht far away and they are flouro tubes.
