I've had a cutting of OG Cush (from an unfortunate accident) in an Aerogarden sponge for around 1 month and its finally starting to put out some decent roots. How substantial should my root structure be before I plant it in soil (Happy Frog)??? Please advise Thanks
make sure you have everything ready like ph tester and some perlite to add to the happy frog for it i would start in a small pot then in a weeks time when the roots fill the pot put her in her home and crank some light these were seeds but i do clones the same way
really? i was thinking of switching to LED i dont pay for electric thats why i run hps I hear the new quantum boards yield pretty good more of a uniform light coverage how many HPS are you running? i think the 1,000 watt are a waste of energy but the 600 on super lumen setting is perfect it draws 643 watts per bulb
to be clear i just sold my warehouse . Currently only two 1000 hps in my basement .. Before many !! and more i think the proper saying is shit loads .. I did some switching for qb boards and lost yield . Qb boards are great for smaller plants under 3 foot tall. Now 1000 watts are better raised and flooding a larger area like 5/5 or 6/6 4 or feet above Those 600 are better a foot or two away in sealed vented hoods and a area like 3/3 Something like this gavita hps . You can buy the entire unit for 10 bucks in my area used . What a lot of warehouses use .
yeah i just run 1 600 per plant about 12 inches from the tops they love it but to much heat in the summer i can only grow in the winter
Well get a cool tube . Do not buy it new depending on where you live . I seen them free here . One of these . Get the 8 inch size not the 6. One fan blowing through it . Also sucks the air from your tent . If you want to get qb go for it . I know you will be disappointed looking at your plants . Qb wont do plants that big . Im the only grower on this site i think that suggests hps over qb.or led. Now those bar leds are nice once the price drops .
i dont have a tent i grow in a small room i rent its an apartment there is no window or ventilation i need to keep fans 24/7 recirculating my air to the front of my apartment where i have 1 window a/c running 24/7 but my electric is free if i ever move i will def. for sure run cool tubes
