Clone of clone or mother plant

    Do clones of clones start to result in lower yields at the two year mark? (meaning you need to maintain a mother plant for optimum genetics). I would prefer to take "flowering clones" from a flowering plant and carry-it-on indefinetly but just found out that this will possibly result in weak genetics.

    The mother plant has to be kept in vegging mode forever, yes? Will it live indefinetly (decades) in a perpetual grow system?

  2. a clone is a clone , you will get the same potency and the same kind of plant any time you get a cut .
