i had an idea for helping with cloning propagation, and was wondering if anyone had tried it. make a yeast co2 reactor with a two liter, then run the tubing into another two liter with the bottom cut off, and use that as the humidity dome for the clone. think it will help or work?
IMHO Margreenthumb, when cloning it is more important to get OXYGEN to the root area, rather than co2 to the leaves. Clones are very delicate, and the most important thing to do for success, is to maintain a SLIGHTLY DAMP rooting media. Most of the cloning failures I've seen are from saturation of the medium, which chokes the oxygen. I'm not saying it won't help, but IMO, it's probably not necessary. If you try it though, start a thread and let us know the results....... Good Luck
