  1. anyone like it, its by alfred hitchcock, good movie

    thoughts/?

  2. When i first started watching it at the begining I was like wtf. So i just turned it off.

  3. it's not by alfred hitchcock, I believe stanley kubrick directed it... and anthony burgess wrote the book... damn good film though

  4. DaveyWonder is very right! I have seen the movie countless times and read the book a few times as well. Both are pieces of art! Kubrick is one of my favorite directors and the book will always hold a spot on my bookshelf. (Great writing, i really like the language used in this book as well. After reading this i got hooked on chai tea, in fact i'm drinking a cup at the moment)

  5. yeah, it took me awhile to get used to the language, but once I caught on, it was really an amazing read, and kubrick has to be one of my favorites (if not favorite) filmmakers.... I gave chai tea a shot, but I didn't much care for it. I gotta try it again sometime

  6. I swear starbucks puts an addictive chemical in theirs. Me and my friends are always goin to the nearest starbucks to get some chai there.

  7. if you haven't seen them...get the whole fuckin' collection of his films.

Eyes wide sucked but full metal jacket lolita dr. strange love clockwork orange and the documentary are all good.

  8. I liked the book better but came away from reading it feeling like I understood russian. I like Kubrick movies in general as they are all warped as hell. I wished I owned them all. Droogs, smoke on :D

  9. ya dr. strangelove was a really good flick, liked it alot

  10. the movie is certainly bizarre..

  12. Strange Love is classic...the ending makes ya wanna laugh and cry we're fucked up and it won't change but heres some sappy sad music to make you think about YOUR minor problems instead of the death looming overhead. lol

IceCream I assume you're talking about Lolita?

  13. lol
    nice tattoo
    :p

  14. lol hahaha

Anyways clockwork movie has been sitting on my comp for quite awhile (haven't gotten around to watching it).

Kubrick is amazing though ! 2001: A Space Odessy is one sweet ass movie

I just finished watching eyes wide shut the other day and all I could say was "genius"
I haven't seen his other movies yet but I'll def. get around to them.

  15. wait, I thought gogo was banned.

And I love Clockwork Orange, one of my favorite movies.

  16. A Clockwork Orange is one of the best films ever made. I've seen all of Kubrick's films (own most of 'em too) except for a few of his short films he made at the begining of his directing careeer. ACO and Full Metal Jacket are definately my favorites. Kubrick is an amazing director, coming in second to Scorsese.

Oh yeah, ACO also has one of the best opening scenes ever. That and Apacolype Now.

  17. Full metal jacket was great, dont forget Lolita, that was a good, yet strange movie.
Thanks for the compliment on my tatt, had that one for a few years now. Loved the book as much as the movie, and thats actually the book cover.
