Bodymods ftw. I'd suggest doing some research on your local piercers, finding one that has a good reputation, recognition, and perhaps some certifications with piercing safety organizations as well. After that, give them a call, or go and talk to them. Ask them questions, get info. It'll really help you make your decision. As well, you can always do some research about what you want online too. The internet has all kinds of information out there. When I decided that I wanted to start stretching my lobes, I wasn't sure how to approach it, but after a bit of research and a talk with my piercer, I was able to make a decision that was both what I wanted and in the interest of my own health.
