clipping leaves to check trichs

  1. Does it matter where i clip my leaves to check the trichs? Can I just clip anywhere or does it have to be specific? Top? mid? bottom? closer to the bud the better? the tip of the leaf or a whole leaf up to the bud?

Pics to show would be great! draw or actual pics taken (before/after). I know i need 90% or more of the trichs to be cloudy to have peak THC levels, and that is what I am aiming for... All info is appreciate. Thanks guys. Happy tokin' :smoking:

  2. Clip from the bud itself because it is the maturity of the bud you want to find out about. Just a tiny piece, no bigger than a grain if rice. Different buds on the same plant can mature at different times, typically the top cola first.
