the room i plan on using gets pretty chilly during the winter im worried it might effect the temp i need the room to be...would electric heater be a problem?? other than an electric heater i could set to an exact temp im not sure what else i could do...
No, many growers use a heater. Whether electric or some other kind doesn't particularly matter to the plants. Using a heater does introduce an additional potential fire hazard, so think through how the heater will work safely with your setup. A heater also will dry out the air and drop the humidity.
