Cleaning bong with just iso and rice.

I will say "no" from personal experience. It doesn't really do the job very well. Salt is much better to use with the iso. Not to mention, the rice will get stuck inside parts of the bong sometimes.

I use sea salt because the of the bigger, more abrasive pieces.

 

You want to get yourself some epsom salt for cleaning. It won't dissolve and gets the job done.

I've done ISO & Rice by itself many times and worked great. Long as you are using a regular tube. No percs or anyting obviously or that would cause problems.

 

you should use tilex, that's what i used today and it worked great. gave it a nice shine too.

 

to clean any piece...i use carb cleaner, straight up the best thing ever. my bubbler has never been so clean. it brought it back to new.

and obviously i recommend washing it out a couple times with dish soap after use of the carb cleaner.

seriously go to o'rielleys auto parts and get a can, and for bubblers and shit make sure it has a straw to spray through.

 

I was recently told the best way to clean a bong is Kosher Salt and the a bottle of Vodka.

 

your telling me your gona buy a bottle of vodka then waste it cleanin your bong....?

 

Is Vodka good for anything else? Haha, whiskey or bust.
