    Would post the instructions that came with it but i lost it. Instructions are pretty simple though DONT MICROWAVE IT put about half the liquid inside the waistband then tie two heating pads to it shake it every 10 15 mins and in 30 45 mins it should reah 100 degrees keep the heat warmers on until you take the test otherwise it wont work and you will fail your test.If somebody is watching you this will not work.
