Civil Rights Movement and Prohibition

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by Mr.Burnsalot, Jun 9, 2009.

  1. I'll do my best to make sense of this because im zooted but it's a good point I think.

I watched something on the civil rights movement today and thought this relates to prohibiton because during both the people were not aloud the rights as human to do what they want and live how they want.

I know its not really the best comparison to put a race's freedom next to marijuana but if you think about you can have college loans taken away because of a simple plant and because you were black back then you wouldn't even be able to get one.

I'm sure theres alot more so discuss I just can't think lol came off a 3 week t break to some Sour D.:smoking:

  2. It's too bad we can't get a more passionate movement going. I think there needs to be that little extra nudge for things to really change.

  3. Alot of people are scared of getting in trouble for supporting it even thought they can and also alot of people have been brainwashed by false information since they were born.
