    You can only make a citizens arrest on an indictable offense. No seatbelt is a summary conviction.

    i saw a video a few years ago where the guy pulled over a cop for speeding at ridiculously high speeds, and the cop did what pisses cops of the most: said nothing.

    The same goes for the cops. Although, this was a Detroit cop, correct? I'm sure he he deals with a lot of assholes.

    Seatbelt laws are fucking stupid. For the record, I wear mine all the time, but the fact that you can get a ticket for something like that is retarded and a waste of time and money.

    I'm surprised the tides didn't turn and the guy didn't get pulled over.
