I'm fairly certain I have this condition. you can read about it here: Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I told my doctor my symptoms ( lower back back pain, a feeling like I have to move my bowls when I don't.) he performed a rectal exam, and he prescribed me antibiotics. the problem is I've had these symptoms (not the lower back pain) for long enough thats its considered chronic. I'm still taking the meds but somedays it feels worse. Even though its been said nicotine is anti inflammatory, I imagine smoking cigarettes is only making it worse. But the really bizarre thing (and my doctor agrees) is that my lower back pain gets worse after I smoke weed. when I'm high sometimes it feels like my lower back is made of lead, my whole pelvic area hurts. I've improved my diet. cut out a lot of grains, dairy, sugar and focused on the green veggies and fruits. I wonder if exercise and yoga could be of any help? maybe this is all related to anxiety which gets worse after I smoke cannabis (another paradox) This is really getting me down and making me worry about my health. incidentally it feels a lot better when I sit or lay down.
I guess organic would alright but growing your own would be beat. Tabacco is easy as shit to grow. Check out chicken's tabacco growing thread in the gardening forum
