hmm wana futher elaborate on this, sounds intresting,

if someone oculd control a hurricane that would be a tool that shouldnt be in the wrong hands

 

i know this is old, but pull up some info on HAARP. i dont think they can control hurricanes, but still... it's always a possibility. anything is possible.

Controling huricaines probably wouldent be such a good idea. It would probably have some unforseen afects.
