Yea, i watched the union with my mom (she still didnt think i smoked) then joked around about me smoking weed and crap then she was like are you serious. I was like yeah Then i backed up everything the Union said and she was like alright, i know your responsible and i trust you

my situations pretty weird, my mum is completely against it and will go nuts if she found any weed in the house, yet she doesnt even comment on the bong on my shelf, and my various grinders, lighters, matches etc...

 

Haha that's hilarious. Is she oblivious to what they are? Or does she just only care about weed and not the paraphernalia?

On a side note, I just realized that paraphernalia has an "r" in it. WEIRD.

 

After an incident with the police a year ago, I was forced to tell my Mom about my habit, and she didn't mind, I doubt she would allow me to smoke in the house, so if i do smoke inside it's in secret, she also thinks I only smoke once every week or two, when in reality I smoke just about everyday. Now, if my Dad found out I smoked, I'm fairly sure I would be 6 feet under. I still hide my stash and toking tools from my Mom, because although I know she lets me make my own decisions, I don't want her to think I'm just a pot head.

 

I told my parents when I smoked because they always have a tendency to figure out. I don't blaze during the school year or anything though just a few bowls at festivals.. I exercise too much to blaze.

 

This isn't a criticism or anything, I'm just curious. But why do you dedicate so much time to a marijuana forum if you rarely smoke?

 

haha she never comments on it. She actually picked up the grinder before and opened it and was like, 'whats this?' noticed the smell and just put it down and walked off. Her face when she got the smell was so funny.

 

I quit smoking but still post here.... I like the people and discussion. Why else would one post here?

 

In no way was I trying to be negative. I was simply curious, and asking a general question. Why are you jumping down my throat over this?

I post here because I enjoy everything associated with marijuana, and this forum is far superior to others that I've browsed. I respect everyone's right to post here and I'm not trying to call anyone out or anything. It was just a thought that popped into my head when I read he barely smoked and saw 2000+ posts, so I decided to try to be friendly and ask the question out of curiosity.

my dad smokes pot. he knew i came home one day high. He dosent really like me smoking but when i do he dosent really say anything.. he dosent wanna be a hippocrite but i have weed and a pipe in my room and he dosent care. its more of a mutual agreement of just to ignore each others habits.

 

I am convinced my parents know because they called me out on the pupils being dilated hardcore, but I come home high all the time and the way they talk to me is way different even though I haven't told them I think they know.

 

Mom currently smokes almost every day. Dad has smoked before, but never really was a regular user. These parents are divorced, by the way.

Dad knows I smoke now, but I have yet to talk to him about it, to get his view, and see if it's fine to do it in his household.

Not having to hide your use is a good thing though

 

My parents are ok with the fact of me smoking but they dont approve of me doing it in or around the house, so every now and then i gotta sneak arond ha.
