well for me I like confidence/nice lips/nice teeth/good hygiene/friends on the friends note I look to see kinda like who they hang out with it gives you a sense of what type of people they associate with but for the most part its a personal preference type of thing like with you guys Im sure you have certain things you look for in the ladies when you go out and your friends may have other things hope it helps
