Either way the teller should be arrested for not notifying anyone, giving money to someone who isn't a threat, then choosing to not observe any information concerning their identity. edit: No security guards were there? The teller didn't notify anyone after they walked out the door!? Teller didn't say "We've just been robbed someone get them!".... If the teller gave them the money that means she must have been afraid of the result of not giving up the money...which means that she would have been visibly shaken and in a panic after they left...why didn't anyone notice something was wrong and why didn't the teller start saying that they were robbed if she was so scared... did the person next in line not notice the teller was shaken either? The only way this could be is if the teller wasn't shaken or scared... so why did they give up the money.
