Okay I'm sure there are about a million of these complaints on this forum alone about this. But let me give some backdrop to this.. Please I really need help, I don't know where to turn too. So I'm 24 years old, been smoking heavily since I was 18, practically everyday. Love it, can't get enough of it. Well one night (about 6 months ago) I smoked, but this time when I did it, I went into some kind of attack/episode. I don't know exactly what the term was but my arms and legs were moving by theirselves and I couldn't stand up or walk or even hold my head up. I ended up throwing up all over myself and just passed out. Well the next morning I woke up and I have felt "off " ever since. Like shortness of breath, chest tightness and pain, feels like theres a lump in my throat, arms and legs sometimes go numb and have had mucus/phelgm that I hack up everyday since that night... I have never ever had these symptons until I woke up the next day after that episode/attack. But now when I smoke weed these symptons get worse, it feels like I'm having a heart attack every time I toke now. I've been to the ER multiple times over the last 6 months (probably at least 20 times) and had multiple EKGs, X-rays, blood tests, peak flow test etc and the doctors can't find anything wrong with me.. It sucks because I use to love getting high and now it's just not fun anymore because everytime I do smoke it feels like I'm going to kill over and die. I feel like that day ruined me and I have never recovered since. Any suggestions or thoughts please? I just would love to feel normal again and be able to smoke in peace again.
Cannabis is not causing these "symptoms". It sounds like you have anxiety/panic attacks. Lay off smoking for now if it's not enjoyable to you.
Cannabis is a natural bronchial diallater, so on a physiologic level you should be able to breath a little easier. Of course, hot smoke can also irritate the throat. LED indoor - https://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1394646-Pure-AK-barebulb-cfls
All I can think of is that it was moldy weed you've been buying... I've smoked some bud I know had powdered mildew on it when it was growing and it gave me dizziness and a racing heart from 1 bowl. Maybe you should try getting weed from a different guy. If that doesn't work, take a break from the ganja for a few weeks - 2 months to give your body and mind a break and time to recover. It could have also been something else that happened at the same time that you smoked, the weed made it worse, and you now associate that with weed? Do you still get the symptoms after only taking a few hits, like enough for a light buzz? Sent from my A460G using Grasscity Forum mobile app
