Cheesy Firecracker

  1. Being more of a savoury chap rather, I thought I'd try using full-fat cream cheese instead of peanut butter. Seems to work well. I've tried it with cheese crackers, Ryvita and in a Pita. Usually 15 minutes decarb at 200/220, then another 15 (or 20) minutes cooking at the same temp (I'm not very good with accurate measurements!). I don't know if this is any better or worse than PB, but it's preferable (to me). Tastes excellent too!
