ok, so about 5 moths ago me and my friend both chipped in to get this incredible binger. 510$ 3 and a half foot tall glass Jah creations. It is fucking incredible. so we brought it over to our friends house and we left it there over night and just planned on getting in it in the morning. So turns out that he says hes too busy to drive it over here and we have to come pick it up. he said the same thing for 5 days until finally we drove over to get it from his deck in the back yard and call him to tell him that we were coming to get it after we picked it up. (if that made any sence) and once we looked at it, it was broken in two peices. now he isnt answering his phone, and we have no way of getting in touch with him, weve even came to his house and rang his door bell, he doesnt answer. this really fucking sucks, what should i do??? what would u do??????
If he was your friend don't hurt him. It could have been a total accident. Find out what happened first. Then remember that it's replacable (out of his funds of course)
let him know somehow that your kewl and dont wanna hurt him, you just want him to somehow replace it? i dunno try that.
definently make him pay for it...if he won't answer the door...bang on it and swear and everything, say you'll kill him if he doesn't pay you back..if he doesn't answer...leave a note that says everythings cool, you just wanna talk
id be pretty pissed, have him pay you and buy a new bong, Let that be an excuse for him to smoke you down
ok kill him that is a death threat then he might not awnser the door ever.. what i would do? i would just keep trying he will give up sooner or l8r
something similar happened to my friend last week. he keeps his bong in his closet and his sister took it out to show her friends and when she puts it back she puts it in plain view with the closet open. now his bong is gone, parents probably took it. I loved that bong
Its your responsibility. You left your $500 bong at his house. An important lesson to have learned...
assuming he's not a complete piece, you will eventually communicate with him. if not, he isn't your friend - do what you have to. but if you do...make him pay for it, but accept the fact that it was your own fault for leaving it there. make him pay for half at least though. because he did break it. i know the first thing i would do if i broke my friend's anything is panic, but then i'd apologize and offer reimbursement because that's uncool. and i have good friends.

ok update......... i just found out he blocked me on AIM also so i made a new sn to talk to him. i just said hey and he asked who it was and i said me and he didnt respond. hes STILL trying to hide. wtf this is really pissing me off and he still isnt answering his phone either. yesterday i heard he got in trouble with the cops about something but dont know the whole story about it, maybe thats why he isnt answering his phones, its tapped? i dont know but its been a long fucking time now and i want a new bong
Why would you leave your bong at someone's house. A 500$ at that , yeah it was at his house and you left it there doesnt mean hes responsibale for it anything could have happned a cat might habve knocked it over for all you know since it was outside. You neglected to take it home your lost quit trying to lay the blame on someone else for your own stupidity and expenisve things like that shouldnt even leave you house. Now if he insisted that yoy leave it there , then thats a whole diffrent story but dont go giveing him shit because your iresponsible.
Slowly start fucking up his house and tell him you won't stop till he pays you back. Say you will put 10 times as much damage to his house than what the bong was worth. I would first powerbox him (turn off all his power) than put a deadbolt on the box. Few days later break a window...you get the point.
if he was a good friend he would tell you what happened. wait for him with a few people and tell him he has a certain amount of time to pay and if he doesnt, your choice what you do
