    It is a cool video but instead of just exhaling to breathe in more inhale deeply first then exhale all of it then start inhaling again

    But, if your huffing and puffing on it, I don't think that means you're getting it in one shot.....

    No. I exhaled with my nose and that will get you super ripped

    he's right on exhaling through his nostrils, the thc absorbs into the mucus membrane getting you higher faster.

    Crazy piece btw, I would definitely rip this
