hi guys great site with good help etc .thought id just put a point out .....my friend managed to grow skunk from start to finish with a very cheap and basic set up ........normal potting compost ,a cheap grow light used for normal plants from a gardening centre and very basic ferts , i know this is true as i helped him smoke the bud and i saw his set up myself .my point is marijuana is a weed and will grow with basic care and attention ,although i realise that spending more money on equipment and more time caring for the plant will give you a better smoke at the end ,the bud we smoked from his basic set up still got us stoned for a few weeks any veiws ?????
Yes you dont need to make it rocket science, most people on here (new growers) seem to be overthinking everything and practically killing the plant with too much love. Basis rules are : Good Light (flourescent / HID) Good soil for seedlings (potting soil with no nutrients - e.g. no Miricle grow) Transplant the plant in a good sized pot so you dont stunt its growth Dont over/underwater Never feed it nutes until its a good 4-5 weeks old and most important for Crystally Potent buds and Rapid Growth, is Good Air Exchange (outside air)
