ALBANY, NY - Drug charges against a New York state janitor accused of creating a secret hideaway to smoke and sell marijuana on the job have been dismissed....

Pivoda was charged with drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession earlier this month after state investigators accused him his supervisor, Louis Marciano, of creating a secret hideaway to smoke pot. The state inspector general dubbed the hidden room a "man cave."
Pivoda was also accused of sleeping in the room while other janitors cleaned his section of the Empire State Plaza's East Garage. Marciano wasn't charged. Both men remain suspended.

  3. lmfao he went to the cave got high and skipped out on work he was suppose to do.

funny but people are just gonna say look another lazy stoner

  4. Your right people like that make us look bad it really isn't fair. Smokers have to lookout for the rep of all smokers and avoid doing anything to make them look bad, otherwise it will just give the government more examples and excuses to keep it ILLEGAL!
