I want to change my lights to be on In the day instead of the night I am about 3 weeks in to flowering how is the best way to do that please help
You can either prolong your dark period for 12 more hours to make the switch or do a gradual switch over a few days (add 4 more hours to the dark cycle over the course of 3 days until you are adjusted). Personally, it's so easy to do it gradually I always recommend that. If you need to do it immediately, no worries, make the switch in 1 day by adding dark time and not light time. I seriously doubt you'll have any issues doing the change in 24 hours.
