I got four plants 8 inches 5 weeks old n a small closet. I was using cfls, but jiust swapped to phillips agro-lites. Good or bad decesion.
arnt the phillips agro-lites incandescent bulbs? if they r like i think, switch back to ur CFL but add lights whenever u can more the better! u want something 5000k-6500k for veg and i think people are using 2700k CFL for budding but im not 100% ive never used CFL for growing and i do not recommend it but since u already started just start adding bulbs when u can n they should grow fine. also if ur lights are far from the plants move em close. the light intensity fades really quick with CFL. between 1-4" should be fine for CFL. when i grew with florescent i had many bulbs touching leaves/bud with no issues.
