Is there anyway to make two cfls one by wiring them together? I only have one lamp but four bulbs any soloutions?

^Yep. Might be called Y splitters. You can get 3 of them, screw two of those into the third and end up with 4 outlets off of 1. Or you could get a cheap light fixture that already has multiple sockets.
