  1. alright ik that 5000k is for veg and 1200k is for flower but i need to know what ratio between the cools and the warms for just one plant also how can i calculate grams per watt

  2. I'm in the middle of my first ingrow at the moment and things are going smoothly for vegging.
    I'm using several 23W (100WEquiv) Daylight/BrightWhite CFL's.

All my lights give a bright blueish glow and it is great for vegging. You will want the warmer coloured lights during flowering.
I've also learned it's best to use the side of the bulb, and keep it about an inch or two away from your plant. :)
