  1. so i got these 60watt cfls..they are 60watt replacements but they are only actually 13w..they are 825 lumins..would 3 of these work? i also have 3 10watt 40w replacement cfls with like 680lumins or something...suggestions?

  2. Use them all and you should still gets some more. I begged with 17000 lumens of light you start that setup but will definitely need moreSent from my Galaxy Nexus using Grasscity Forum mobile app

  3. all 6? and more?

  4. Yes you got 69w of cfl we dont go on equivalent watts we only count the actual wattage. That amount of light may get you 20g probably more along the lines of 14 to 18g though. So if you want to grow one plant, lst the hell out of it and yield about 20g then sure you dont need any more lights.

If you want to grow a few plants to a oz and over say yield 4oz or something you will want to run atleast 250w of cfl probably more. And remember this is actual watts not equivalent watts so the 250w of cfl that i recommend is probably about equivalent 1500w.

So using your current 10w cfls you would need 25 of them to give you a good decent yield for a few plants or about half of that for one plant. Also the 10w cfls dont have nearly the same penetration as the higher lumen models so best to go for a 20w + cfl.

They could cost you $30 each or as low as $10 depending on where you shop and what state or country you live in. I recommend ebay as you can get them far cheaper than in most shops.

Will put the links up for the seller on ebay im buying my 150w cfls from for my mother plants.

You can get a 150w cfl from them for $14 and shipping is free 1 or 2 of them and you would be set to grow some dense cfl buds :)
