I think the coverage of your lights should be more important than higher wattage. You need to make sure light is spread out evenly, allowing for penetration at more angles and more levels. I would focus more on spreading out your lights than on investing in CFLs, but that's just me. Too high of wattage might burn the tops of your plants with all the heat they produce.
Thank you both. I had already planned on using a decent bit of 26watters to make sure the entire plant is covered and using 50watters for the above lighting.
